1. RADIO ENGINEER (RE)/NETWORK ENGINEER (NE)
Specific Requirements :

• Min. 2 years experience in microwave transmission/broadband wireless access with IP based application skill (for RE); Exp. in TCP/IP, internet & Networking (for NE).
• Exp. as system & field engineer is preferable.
• Physically fit, the candidates shall not suffer from color blind & have no height phobia (for climbing tower, multi-storey building).
• Able to work on irregular shifts & work out site of Jakarta.
• Proactive, hard working, fast learner.

General Requirements:

• S1-Electro/Telecom from reputable University.
• Excellent operate Ms Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, Project, etc.
• Excellent verbal and writing communication both in English & Indonesia.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship & communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, tenacity, high achiever, able to work under pressure, a team player.

2. PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

Responsible to:

• Coordinate activities from requirement gathering to delivery & implementation.
• Manage arrangement of Planning, Implementation & Supervision of project.
• Ensure that implementation teams complete the work successfully within time constraint & budget allocation.
• Analyze and make report in order to update status of Project.
• Conduct & ensure the Project is met with specification & standard Quality.
• Make project documentation.

Specific Requirements:

• Min. 3 years experience as Project Manager.
• Excellent in project management.
• Willingness to hands on in daily operational activities.
• Having a strong & positive leadership.

General Requirements:

• S1-Electro/Telecom from reputable University.
• Excellent operate Ms.Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, Project, etc.
• Excellent verbal and writing communication both in English & Indonesia.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship & communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, tenacity, high achiever, able to work under pressure, a team player.

3. SALES ENGINEER (SE)

Responsible to:

• Selling process: qualifying prospect, persuasive & convince, closing deals, & delivery services
• Developed conceptual technical proposal & engineering design network for technical solutions.
• Evaluate & analyzed existing network at customer & proposed into conceptual technical proposal.
• Create standard operational procedure.
• Building customer relationship & customer retention.
• Target & result oriented in line with Company’s Key Performance Indicator.

Specific Requirements :

• Min. 3 years exp. in industry: Telco, System Integrator, ISP.
• Having good technical knowledge of telecom & data communication; deep knowledge of wireless is an advantage.
• Having advance technical knowledge for product & services with other additional equipment of telecom systems.
• Exp. in bidding process for government, oil company/private sector.
• Having abilities & skill of selling, negotiation & presentation.
• Proven track record in the relevant function.

3. ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE STAFF (AR)

Responsible to:

• Process the invoice starting from creating the invoice until receiving the payment  from customer
• Maintain customer relationship related with invoicing
• create monthly AR report

Requirement:

• S1 in accounting/management
• 2/3 years experience as AR staff
• Honest, diligent, tenacity, detail minded, team player
